The head of Adygea set tasks for the complex development of the village of Kamennomostsky

During a working visit to the village of Kamennomostsky, the Head of Adygea, Murat Kumpilov, held a meeting on socio-economic development and increasing the investment attractiveness of this locality.
The head of the Republic stressed that Kamennomostsky should become one of the main elements of the tourism development strategy and there are all the necessary components for this.
"Kamennomostsky has a great tourist and economic potential. Today, we are investing significant funds in the comprehensive development of this territory, and much is being done to create convenient infrastructure and comfortable living conditions. Social facilities are being built, public areas are being improved, and gas and water supplies are being provided. All this is of great importance for both locals and tourists. We need to use this resource effectively and competently, " the Head of the Republic of Armenia stressed.
According to Oleg Toporov, 24 objects are being reconstructed in the Maikop district under the state program "Integrated development of rural territories". There are 7 rural settlements in the district. Kamennomostsky accounts for 71% of the funding (185.6 million rubles). These funds are used for the purchase of a school bus, the construction of three gas distribution pipelines, and the repair of three kindergartens and a cultural center. There are no risks of non-use of funds.
Vladimir Petrov, the head of Kamennomostsky rural settlement, made a report on the results of the work and the tasks ahead. According to him, among the achievements of the socio-economic development of the village are increasing the revenue part of the budget, good indicators for initiative budgeting, creating infrastructure facilities, repairing roads, improving territories, implementing energy – efficient technologies, security systems in public places, and solving housing and utilities issues. Last year, a water pipeline was built, a new sports ground was built, and the construction of a Fok is planned.
Recommendations on problematic issues was made by the Minister of agriculture Anzaur Koynov, Minister of economic development and trade of RA Gennadiy Mitrofanov, the Minister of education and science Anzaur Kerashev, as well as representatives of Federal tax service at the RA Ministry of construction of RA, the RA Ministry of culture, the RA Ministry of Finance, the Agency for tourism and resorts.
"We have an important task – to restore the growth rate after the removal of restrictions due to the pandemic, to increase the tourist flow to the region. We need to increase economic indicators and maintain employment. Implementation of major projects and infrastructure development remains a key focus. These tasks can be solved not only within the framework of specialized state programs. Now there's one more important tool is the individual program of social-economic development for the period up to 2024," - said the Head of RA.
Murat Kumpilov also stressed the importance of achieving all the targets of the program "Integrated rural development", which should affect the improvement of the quality of life in rural areas. Participation in the program will help solve such important problems as gasification, bringing social infrastructure buildings into a standard condition, and access to medical and educational services.
"The result of this great work should be the creation of conditions for the further development of settlements. This includes the growth of indicators in animal husbandry and crop production, the increase in private farms, and, of course, attracting investment and further infrastructure development. This comprehensive work should not only preserve the rural way of life, but also open up new opportunities for improving the standard of living in rural areas and creating new jobs. Each head of a district or settlement should immerse himself in creative processes and consistently perform tasks in all directions, solve problematic issues on a point – by-point basis," Murat Kumpilov said.
During the meeting, the Head of Adygea also instructed the RA Ministry of economic development and trade to assist entrepreneurs in providing support measures, the RA Ministry of culture to strengthen the work on monitoring the educational process, and the RA Ministry of construction to timely complete all issues related to the construction of transport and engineering infrastructure. The RA Ministry of health has been instructed to take measures to improve the quality of medical care.
"Thanks to the help of the Federal center, we were able to solve the issues of reconstruction of a number of socially significant objects. For example, only in the sphere of culture this year, 27 objects are being built and repaired. And we intend to continue using the opportunities of state programs, comprehensively solve the tasks of sustainable development of rural areas, creating decent living conditions in all localities of the Republic. We are moving forward step by step, and the reconstruction of several social facilities in Kamennomostsky village is a significant result of our common work," Murat Kumpilov said.
