This year the festival will be held under the motto " Adyghe cheese is health!". All events are held in compliance with anti-epidemic standards. At the same time, during the week, everyone will be able to prove in various ways that Adyghe cheese is a healthy, healthy food, healthy, pure emotions and a healthy, impressive holiday.

The online format involves a "week of Adyghe cheese" in social networks and the media. The week starts with an online contest for the most active participants.
September 28 (1st day)

Everyone will be able to learn how to choose a real Adyghe cheese. The organizers will tell about the territorial brand in social networks: the history of Adyghe cheese, facts about milk and dairy products, production and sales. The task for participants will be to find real Adyghe cheese in the store or to cook it at home on their own and post the result on their page.
September 29 (2nd day)
Experts will tell you what is useful for Adyghe cheese, why we love it. Prepared stories with stories-stories of pop stars, dance, athletes, artists about Adyghe cheese. A delicious and healthy Breakfast with Adyghe cheese is also planned-a gastronomic master class. Task of the day: prepare for yourself and your loved ones a delicious Breakfast (or dinner) with Adyghe cheese and put it on the page.
September 30 (3rd day)
The day will be dedicated to Adyghe cheese in modern restaurant cuisine. The accounts will show what festive dishes with cheese are served in the best establishments in the region, and the restaurant's chef will conduct a master class. The task of the day is to prepare an original, unusual and beautiful dish with Adyghe cheese, put it on the page.
October 1 ( 4th day)
Participants will be invited to try out cheese in nature or dream about Adyghe cheese on a picnic. Stories with dishes and Adyghe cheese will be shown at tourist and excursion sites. Task for participants: find a dream tourist destination in Adygea where the participant would like to eat Adygean cheese. Post a photo and a story about your dream.

October 2 (5th day)
The fifth day will tell you about baking with Adyghe cheese. Online users can learn how to make delicious cheese dumplings, jaluzi, Gorbaty, Circassian cheese in a pita. Assignment: make something out of baking (any, but with Adygei cheese) and post it with the recipe and photos.- Each online day has its own partner who provides organizational expenses of the day and cheese prizes in the category of the day. The winners (3 people) of the entire online marathon will receive a super prize from the Union of Adyghe cheese producers. All the winners will receive commemorative medals, " the organizing Committee said.
The municipal formation of the Republic of Adygea and creative teams will help with filming stories.

Expectations and forecasts
The operator of the festival - ROO "Tourist Adygea" - takes on such a large online project with a high degree of interactivity with great responsibility and excitement. We have studied our potential audience and are ready for any development. According to Olga Ivanova, a member of the Council of the NGO "Tourist Adygea", the figures for visiting the festival on online platforms may not be as large as they have been used to over the past years, but the audience will be noticeably updated. And this is a great help for the events of the next years, and for the tourism industry.
- This is a new format for us, of course, it is exciting. We are worried about what user activity will be. But we took up this format taking into account the fact that this year many of the world's tourist events were held online. We know that only 41% of the population appears on social networks, no matter how strange it may seem to us. Therefore, we assume that we will see less activity than at the actual event. But nevertheless, due to the fact that we will combine the efforts of all-cheesemakers, tourist complexes, and various specialists, since we work at the intersection of tourism and gastronomy, I predict that the audience will be quite large. And most importantly, there will be a new part of connoisseurs - people who, perhaps, would never have come to our festival, or would not have come this year. They will have the opportunity to see the event, get acquainted with the Republic, and they will insert the Adyghe cheese Festival in their travel calendar in the future, " Olga Ivanova said.
Real festival of Adyghe cheese
The full-time part of the festival will be held in tourist sites that are partners of the event. From 18.00 on October 2 to 14.00 on October 4, mini-festival venues will be launched in compliance with all anti-epidemic restrictions. In real format, there will be tastings and presentations from cheesemakers, gastronomic master classes (including cheese making, cooking with Adyghe cheese), performances by creative teams, master classes from artisans, sale of Adyghe cheese at a special price.
- The emphasis will be on interactivity – involving guests in everything that happens to the maximum. At the same time, live broadcasts from the holiday will continue from all accounts, the organizing Committee said.
On the last day, the results of online contests will be summed up, prizes will be sent to the winners and they will report on the award.
The list of partner tourist complexes has not yet been finalized. Those tour sites that meet the requirements can join the festival. First of all, it will be mandatory to ensure an anti-epidemic regime. In addition, the complexes will have to provide participants with tables, benches (chairs), electricity connection, sound-amplifying equipment. There will also be prizes for competitions among guests.
- We already have those interested. This is a tourist network "Gornaya" with all its objects, they are represented in all important places in the region. Also, in the first days, the Lagonaki health resort and the Terem by the river guest house expressed a desire to participate. But we are still accepting applications until Wednesday next week. The full list will be published on our resources, - Olga Ivanova explained.
The festival will help attract guests to tourist complexes, because for tourists it is a unique opportunity to enjoy gastronomic animation and master classes.
- Our cheesemakers distribute a lot of treats to guests. Even the fact that you can buy at very attractive prices is a big plus. In other words, guests have the opportunity to become experts in Adyghe cheese and participate in events. Usually this is not offered in our complexes. And another significant plus for our entrepreneurs in the tourist business-tourist complexes will be widely promoted, since the festival will be broadcast in all accounts, that is, hotels, holiday homes or guest houses will be able to tell a new audience about themselves - the audience of cheese consumers, and get a new stream, " she concluded.
