Dyurryushehvar Sultan was born in the palace of amlıca, in the city of Uskudar of the Ottoman Empire on January 26, 1914. ⠀ 
The childhood of the Sultana passed in the Sultan's palace Dolmabahce. After the abolition of the caliphate in 1924, Dyurryushehvar, along with her parents and brother, ended up in exile in Paris. Later the family moved to Nice, where Dyurryushehvar was educated with his brother. ⠀ 
It is known that the hands of Dyurryushehvar were asked by the Persian shah, king of Egypt, to the lower principality of Hyderabad, who achieved his goal. On November 12, 1931, they were married in Nice. ⠀ 
In 1933, Durryushehvar gave birth to her first son, who was named Muffakham Jah, in 1939 her second child, Mukarram Jah, was born. ⠀
Dyurryushehvar personally raised her sons, she gave them a good education, she sent them to study in the UK.
However, she did not have good relations with the Turkish government; the government forbade the burial of Durryushehvar's father in Istanbul. ⠀  
Dyurryushehvar opened a hospital for children, which was named after her, she was also the first woman to attend the opening of the airport. ⠀  
She also opened the famous Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College Hospital at Aligarh Muslim University in 1939. The last public appearance of the princess took place at the opening of the museum on the occasion of the silver anniversary of Nizam. Durru Shehwar last visited Hyderabad in 2004.
Dyurrusehvar did not have good relations with the new Turkish government. Despite the amnesty of the princesses of the Ottoman dynasty, she refused to return to her homeland, since the Turkish government refused to allow the burial of the sultana's father in Istanbul. After the death of her husband, Dyurryushehvar moved to her mother in London, where she died in 2006. Buried at Brookwood Cemetery...
